Meditation is a great skill to have and can help you on your life's journey BUT their are many that find it hard to get started.

In this workshop we demystify mediation myths, talk about different types of meditations and then chose which one the group would like to have a go at.


Life Balance workshop

This allows clients to start setting goals around the 12 Dimensions of your life. It is a 4 hour session and can be done in a group or individual environment. In this workshop we introduce the 12 Dimensions and do mini exercises around these questions to help you begin to set some goals for each dimension.


VIP Workshop

This is a one day, 4 hour workshop where you tailor what Dimension of your life you would like to focus on.
